U.cu Music Video Contest Rules

Ucu Music Video Contest Rules

▪ Submission Deadline: Entries must be received by 5:00pm on May 31, 2010

▪ Winners Announced: Friday, June 4, 2010. Winners will be contacted via telephone and/or email. Winners will be posted to the U.cu website at www.u.aeafcu.org.

▪ At least one artist involved in the production of the music video must be a member of AEA Federal Credit Union.

▪ AEA Federal Credit Union employees are not eligible to participate.

▪ Submissions will be judged by a volunteer panel.

▪ Judging criteria includes: Relevance to Ucu Program, Use of financial terminology, Creativity, and Originality

▪ The band/artist voted 1st place will be awarded $500 in cash. 2nd and 3rd place winning bands/artiest will receive $50 in cash.

▪ Participants may enter one (1) music video submission. All submissions must meet YouTube™ standards and regulations. It is understood by you and guaranteed to us that you have, or have secured, all rights for each submission you enter and that by submitting an entry you are permitting and allowing us to post your music video on AEA Federal Credit Union’s YouTube channel.

▪ Submissions will be accepted beginning April 1, 2010 through May 31, 2010. Videos submitted during that time will be made ready for viewing and commenting.

▪ Each music video submission must be no more than 1 gigabyte in file size, no longer than 5 minutes in length.

• (CD-R) using the following accepted file types for uploads:
• .AVI (windows)
• .MOV (mac)
• .MP4 (ipod/psp)
• .MPEG
• .FLV (adobe flash)
• .SWF (shockwave flash)
• .MKV (h.264)
• Video submissions may instead be delivered via a direct link to your video already on YouTube.com.
